Starring Nick Frost and Simon Pegg, the movie surrounds two friends on a roadtrip through the US when they come into contact with an alien named Paul.
Now why should you be watching out for this flick? Let me tell you...
First of all, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost have amazing chemistry as anyone who has seen Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz can attest too. But what's interesting about Paul is that for the first time Frost is the lead and Pegg the sidekick. The switch in dynamic should prove interesting to say the least. Also, this marks the writing debut of Frost, who penned the script with Pegg.
This is also the first time the duo has been apart from their frequent collaborator writer/director Edgar Wright. But in his place is the more than capable Greg Mottola. He is the classy gentleman who directed Superbad and Adventureland.
Rounding out the cast is a bevy of comedic talent, including Jason Bateman, Bill Hader, Kristen Wiig, Jeffrey Tambor, David Koechner, Sigourney Weaver, and Seth Rogen as the voice of Paul.
